  • Weather check – due to very changeable weather conditions your weather is at same time as check in
  • Get in touch with us if your contact details have changed or need updating from time of booking
  • Double check your check in time to make sure you don’t miss us
  • To avoid disappointment please let us know if a passenger's weight changes from time of booking. If your actual weight at check in is 15kg (33lb) or greater than your declared weight, you may need to be rescheduled and would be subject to flight availability.
  • Please leave these items locked in your car. The tour operator has a small space behind their desk where you can leave items however all items are left at owner’s own risk.
  • All flights require a minimum number of passengers for departures. Bookings may be accepted for numbers less than the required minimum number on the basis that bookings will be coordinated to achieve minimum numbers. All flights are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled or cancelled.
