Please meet at Fox Guides Building, 44 Main Road, Fox Glacier. Check-in time is 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. 

• Flights have a minimum number of passengers required. If the minimum is not met, The Operator reserves the right to move passengers to another flight or cancel the flight. Alternate options will be provided where possible.

• Check-in is required at least 30 minutes prior to departure time

• Covered shoes must be worn for safety reasons, and open-toed shoes are not allowed

• Bring sunglasses and a camera. Bags, tablets, iPads, and selfie sticks are not allowed on the helicopter

• Child rate applies to children aged 4 to 14 years

• Infants 3 years and under and less than 15kg are free of charge, and are required to sit on an adult lap.

• All children must be accompanied by a fare-paying adult
