Fox Glacier is one of the few in the world which exists in such close proximity to both an ocean and rainforest. This unique setting makes for some of the most dynamic ice formations of any glacier! It's the biggest of the two West Coast glaciers and is 2km longer than Franz Josef Glacier. It has a gradual incline and impressive views of the mighty Mount Cook.

Your day begins with a scenic helicopter flight into the Southern Alps. Keep your eyes open as you fly, the Glacier will take your breath away. Snap some photos as you travel before embarking on the most exciting part of your day, a snow landing!
