You can be picked up from many stops in Queenstown starting at One Mile Car Park, along Lake Esplanade Road, Main Bus Stop at The Station Information Centre and through Arthurs Points. Just choose your pickup point while booking.

You can also be dropped off at bus stops in Arrowtown, State Highway 6/6A, Queenstown & along Lake Esplanade Road until One Mile Car Park. Just let the driver know on our way back.

• All cancellations must be written and received 48 hours prior to the tour start
• Cancellation received more than 48 hours prior to departure are fully refunded
• Cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to departure will be charged full price
• Hop on Hop off Wine tours Ltd reserve the right to alter tours and itineraries due to seasons or demand. Updates or changes to the services can be made. No responsibility is accepted for losses, expenses due to delays, changes of flights, or other services or because of strikes, accidents, sickness, damage, negligence, weather, war, changes in schedules, or other similar causes.

• Maximum of 8 customers at a time
• The operator follows a strict duty of care protocols that may result in a person’s tour being stopped and removal of the offending passenger in the event of intoxication or disrespectful behaviour.
• Drinking alchohol on board is prohibited
• In the event a passenger soils the bus, they will be charged $200 a cleaning fee (not negotiable)
• You need to include food and water in your planning
• Please be at your stop 5 minutes before departure time; the operator is not responsible for any delays due to traffic or if you are late
• We recommend no more than 3-4 couples get off at winery. Small numbers result in a more enjoyable experience. Go back on the next run if you wish
• Some Wineries have a tasting charge, some waive it when you make a purchase
