Great fun!
Your rafting adventure covers 8-kilometers of the river. Take on grade 2-3 rapids and perhaps the occasional grade 2-4 rapid, when there are higher water levels. Enjoy flat stretches of river between the rapids where you have the opportunity to race your friends on the other rafts or jump out and swim. Conclude your adventure by rafting the longest commercially rafted rapid in New Zealand, the Dog Leg. This is a 400-meter long and grade 3/4 rapid. Add some extra excitement by joining in on the optional cliff jumping section, or sit back and watch your friends take a leap.

Great fun!
Amazing crew and had a wonderful view. I will do this again in future!
It was an energizing experience. The panorama was stunning. Highly recommend this!
The white water rafting tour was a lot of fun, with stunning views and exciting rapids - definitely the highlight of my trip. I am not a morning person so my only negative was the start time, but it was worth it!
Great way to see sights that you really can't see unless you go up the river with these guys. No boring slow cruises here though, sightseeing at speed which is the way it should be. Great drivers and fun time.
Two exhilarating experiences in one... I will never forget this day
Great experience, value and helpful guides that made the experience fun and informwtive. highly recommend this to anyone visiting Queenstown.
No. Company policy is that we don’t allow anyone who is pregnant on grade 3 or above rivers. There is a risk that a pregnant person could sustain a blow to the abdomen either through falling out the raft, from a paddle from another client or someone falling against them.
Queenstown has a climate with four distinct seasons however, being located in an alpine environment means the weather can be changeable. A guide for the temperatures you can expect is as follows: summer (December-February) 19-29 Celsius, autumn (March-May) 15-25 Celsius, winter (June-August) 5-10 Celsius, spring (September-November) 9-15 Celsius.
